A deposit is required to secure your booking. This secures the date for the trial and wedding day. This deposit is deductable from the total booking cost of the wedding day
The deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment is required within 28 days of the wedding day.
**Cancellation notice of 3 weeks is required for wedding days.
Mileage is charged at .40p per mile outside the 15 mile radius, and payable in advance
Minimum booking of 2 people required for both services during peak season.
Methods of payment include: Cash,Credit or Debit Card, Cheque OR Bank Transfer
If changes are to be made with the Brides hair or makeup then a new trial has to be booked and paid for. Failure to inform your bridal specialists of changes could result in a cancellation of our services with no refund
We enjoy our jobs and our bridal parties are always very pleased with the results that we provide. However, in the unlikely event that our team members feel threatened or mis-treated in anyway, we reserve the right to withdraw our services with no refund or compensation
** Cancellation of the wedding day incurs a charge of 50% of the total booking fee if 3 weeks notice is given. If less than 3 weeks notice is given then the total cost is payable.
